What services does Goshen Concept Care provide?
We provide two licensed services: 24-Hour Assisted Living under our Minnesota 144G license at our residence in West St. Paul, and Homemaker Services under our 245D Home & Community-Based Services license. If a client's needs fall outside these services, ask us and we'll tell you honestly whether we're a fit.
Which waivers and payment sources do you accept?
We accept the CADI (Community Access for Disability Inclusion) waiver, the Elderly Waiver (EW), the Brain Injury (BI) waiver, and private pay. Working with another program? Reach out and we'll confirm quickly whether we can serve your client.
